Reverse ruin concept, echoing Babel.

Drawing from Tatlin’s tower, the structure is mere scaffolding—holding at its core a mass of stone, each piece offered by a broad collective of visitors. Process and temporality are integral; the scaffold bears the archive as it is willed into existence.
